What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy transfer technique that is used as a holistic tool for helping the body release emotional and physical imbalances. This healing method focuses on empowering you to be an active participant in your own healing.
Regular Reiki treatments can regulate the flow of energy throughout the body, they promote mental clarity, reduce mental and physical pain, release symptoms of insomnia, clear deep rooted fears, feelings of anxiety, depression, tension and so much more.
Reiki sessions allow you to simply “be,” as it is time for pure relaxation, time away from the busyness of life, and time for yourself to regulate the energies in your body. It also helps protect the body and mind from exhaustion and burnout.
What to expect
Natasha is a Reiki Master Healer who has been practicing Reiki since 2016. Reiki is one of the tools that has helped her with her own healing journey, and she is passionate about holding space for others to come refill and recharge.
For your session:
We will talk for a few moments to set an intention for what you feel your body, heart and soul needs for where you are in your life. You will then get comfortable on the table to receive energy into your physical body, your chakras, and your auric field.
Feel free to bring items with you for comfort (a blanket, crystals, etc). You are also able to bring someone with you to a private session so they can witness/write down anything that does come up.
