Join us in our large garage where we hold over 30 top of the line Schwinn bikes. When class starts - this is when the party starts! Our studio is equipped with high ceilings, ventillation, and large fans making every ride comfortable. Our classes take place in a dark, lit up room with a large TV playing some of the hottest new music videos. All classes are rhythm spin, meaning we ride and move to the beat. There are no monitors or competition at Inner Soul. So listen to your body throughout the ride, and adjust the resistance on your bike accordingly.

At Inner Soul, every ride is YOUR RIDE. Our studio and classes accomadate all fitness levels. Feel free to join any class and our instructors will make sure you are set up and comfortable to ride!

Our bikes are compatible with SPD Clips and regular running shoes. At this time we are not renting out shoes - so please bring your shoe of choice to class!

Arrive EARLY, no late entry is permitted. With your safety at the forefront of every decision we are encouraging everyone to show up 10 minutes before class start. If you are new, give yourself a few extra minutes so we can set you up properly.

We welcome all participants ages 12 and up for our spin classes.

All cell phones are to be turned off or put on silent upon entering the Studio. If you must leave early, please advise the instructor in advance. Please do not leave during savasana. Please respect the savasana of your fellow yogis by remaining still during this time At the end of class, please return all props to appropriate area

It is a good idea to try different classes to get an idea of the style of yoga and teachers you like and is right for you. But every class is your class - our teachers will acommadate for new yogis in any class! Power Flow, Hot Yoga and Vinyasa classes tend to be the more demanding, while Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and the Restorative Yoga classes are great starting points.

We encourage you to BYOM (bring your own mat). We do have limited mats available to use. Props (blocks, bolsters and blankets) are available for use however, you are always welcome to bring your own.

Please arrive to class on time. Late-comers will not be permitted once the class has started.

Comfort is the main priority! Make sure you are wearing something you can move in and be comfortable in. If possible, please refrain from wearing perfume or other strong scents.

CANCELLATION : If you cancel your bike 8 hours before your scheduled class, your credit will be stay on your file. If you cancel your bike within our 8-hour cancellation policy, your credit will be lost. Unlimited packages (introductory offers, monthly recurring, etc.) will be charged $10 + applicable taxes for classes canceled within this time frame. NO SHOW: If you do not cancel your bike within our 8-hour cancellation window and fail to attend your scheduled ride, your class credit will be lost. Unlimited packages (introductory offers, monthly recurring, etc.) will be charged a single class rate. WAITING LIST: When a spot becomes available, you will receive a notification (email and/or text message) up to 2 hours prior to class time. If you are added into class, you will be held to the same cancellation policy as our classes.

Yes! Small lockers are available for use and have their own key you can grab upon arrival.

Yes! We have 2 showers available for use.

We have TONS of free parking for our clients - it is a great perk of our studio!
