Join us in our large garage where we hold over 30 top of the line Schwinn bikes.

When class starts – this is when the party starts!

Our studio is equipped with high ceilings, ventillation, and large fans making every ride comfortable. Our classes take place in a dark, lit up room with a large TV playing some of the hottest new music videos. All classes are rhythm spin, meaning we ride and move to the beat. There are no monitors or competition at Inner Soul.

So listen to your body throughout the ride, and adjust the resistance on your bike accordingly.

At Inner Soul, every ride is YOUR RIDE.

Our studio and classes accomadate all fitness levels. Feel free to join any class and our instructors will make sure you are set up and comfortable to ride!

Our bikes are compatible with SPD Clips and regular running shoes.

At this time we are not renting out shoes – so please bring your shoe of choice to class!

Arrive EARLY, no late entry is permitted.

With your safety at the forefront of every decision we are encouraging everyone to show up 10 minutes before class start.

If you are new, give yourself a few extra minutes so we can set you up properly.

We welcome all participants ages 12 and up for our spin classes.
