Prenatal Practice not Perfection 4-week series

Join EYT & mom Shannon Parker to get down with your pelvic floor & bring the breath out of the pant & into the chant. Or at least the calm.

Originally trained in Hatha 200+ hr EYT Shannon Parker is specially certified in Pre/Post Natal Yoga. Practicing yoga for over 25 years, teacher for over 10 years she’s also a mom to her favourite little human & yogi. In other words, been there - done that! She will bring humour, love & set aside space for you to just be.
You will learn poses to ease the joints as they loosen, strengthen your mom muscles & chill the mind as the big day gets closer. Each class will finish with a chosen momma to be meditation & relaxation that may mean a nap afterwards!
