PILOGA (Yoga Fusion) with Chantal
What is "Piloga"?!
In these 60 minute classes we will be blending yoga , pilates and fitness in a mindful approach to gaining strength, endurance, flexibility ,core and balance.
These classes will begin with breathing techniques and a grounding yoga warmup, followed by arms, hips, and core sequence in standing and floor exercises. We will end off with some restorative poses and savasana.
The yoga room will be heated to a warm temperature to give your muscles an even greater, more intense workout!
