Starting March 14th @1pm.
We will work with strengthening your pelvic floor while bonding with your baby.
There will be lots of modifications & moments for you to actually do poses with your baby as well take care of your baby…feed, change, rest.
The idea of the class is to relearn how to move safely with baby, increase your mobility, enhance bonding & incorporate yoga poses with your baby. So taking care of you & your baby at the same time!
The class will be between 1:15-1:30 hr long.
We will be learning to go with the flow with babe!
