Arrive to a warm candlelit aromatherapy filled room.
As you are lead into restorative poses, a massage therapist will be assisting with a hands on massage. Ending in a hot stone savasana 🕯You will feel relaxed rejuvenated and grounded. Arrive with comfy clothing, blanket, eye pillow or whatever you wish to bring.
2 classes 6:30pm-7:30pm 8:00pm-9:00pm
