Arrive to a warm candlelit aromatherapy filled room.

As you are lead into restorative poses, a registered massage therapist will be assisting with a hands on massage. Ending in a hot stone savasana. 🕯

You will feel relaxed rejuvenated and grounded. Arrive with comfy clothing, blanket, eye pillow or whatever you wish to bring.
