Led by Nicole (@paddleandflowyoga) *must be comfortable swimming*
Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP) and life jackets are provided - or you can bring your own. Located at Honey Gables Park (14 Ryeburn Dr, Gloucester, ON K1V 1H6)
Meet up at 6:45pm (more details will follow after registration)
$45 - includes SUP board rental (3 spots available) $25 - with your own SUP board (3 spots available)
