Excited, nervous, tired, uneasy - no matter the feelings - you momma - are justified. Come to a judgment free place whether you already feel like a momma, already are a momma or this is your first pregnancy & you don’t feel much of anything... This prenatal series is designed to allow you to feel all the things, safely & help prepare you for this pregnancy journey. Each week we will feature pranayama practices, ahimsa asanas & a restorative relaxation. In other words, we will breathe, move & relax with your unique body & time in mind.
Originally trained in Hatha 200+ hr EYT Shannon Parker is specially certified in Pre/Post Natal Yoga. Practicing yoga for over 25 years, teacher for over 10 years she’s also a mom to her favourite little human & yogi. In other words, been there - done that! She will bring humour, love & set aside space for you to just be.
