About the Event
4-week SUP Yoga Series with Chantal
This series takes place Monday evenings in July from 7-8pm at Mooneys Bay - exact address will be given closer to the first class.
In the first class, we will dedicate 1.5 hours (7-8:30pm) to ensure that everyone learns how to handle the paddleboard with ease. You will be guided on how to stand, anchor, and paddle effectively, allowing you to feel confident and comfortable throughout the series.

Over the course of the four weeks, we will progressively move through a series of yoga postures, helping you cultivate a stronger and more balanced practice each week. As you gain familiarity with the SUP yoga experience, you will witness your balance, strength, and flexibility improve both on and off the board.
If you prefer to bring your own board, please make sure to bring a leash, anchor, life jacket, paddle, and an inflated board. It is crucial that your board is fully inflated at least 15 minutes before the start of each class.
Rentals will come equipped with life jackets, leash, anchor, paddle and inflatable boards.
