Heal your body, and your mind, by experiencing 90 minutes of Restorative Yoga and Massage.
Restorative Yoga has been shown to help balance your nervous system, reducing the anxious “fight or flight” response. By using restorative poses, held for longer periods, you allow space for mindfulness and re connection to one’s Self. This extended time also allows for a gentle massage to help you deepen and release into healing poses.
Anik is certified in Restorative Yoga using minimal props. She practices and teaches self-care with a gentle approach.
Patricia is certified in Thai Massage and is said to have a calming, healing touch and energy.
With this approach, you will leave the workshop feeling rejuvenated, centred and at peace.
