Join Corey for an early morning jump-start to your day!  engage in a strong circuit training style workout to get your heart pumping and your muscles shredding! Corey’s motivational style and uplifting music with push you to your maximum potential and help sculpt and tone your body and mind!

 

Dance Classes:

ZUMBA!

This Latin-based dance craze is hotter than ever!  Tone your body as you learn to soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and hip-hop dance to your favourite Latin Pop music.  Squats and lunges are included, but this workout feels more like a party!

(N.B. Please speak to Natalie if you are interested in organizing an actual Zumba Party for your child’s birthday or a fun “Girls’ Night Out!”)
