Join Rob for an early morning kettlebell class. Exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once, and in a way that mimics real world activities such as shoveling or farm work.

Zumba

This Latin-based dance craze is hotter than ever! Tone your body as you learn to soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and hip-hop dance to your favourite Latin Pop music. Squats and lunges are included, but this workout feels more like a party!
